Task
The owner of the EXPERT TUNING business, who manufactures exclusive car seats according to individual sizes and designs, contacted our agency. The company faced a problem: the lack of a modern online store limited sales growth and prevented it from entering new markets. The task was not just to create a website, but to develop a powerful tool to attract potential customers and automate the process of buying complex, piece-by-piece auto parts.

Work process and implemented solutions
At the first stage, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the niche and competitors. We have identified the target audience — owners of expensive and rare cars, as well as car enthusiasts who value individuality and comfort. Based on this research, it was decided to develop a multi-page website with unique functionality.

Here are the key elements that we have implemented:

A complex directory with a configurator. Since each product is custom-made, standard product cards were not suitable. We have developed a selection system with individual parameters: seat type, materials, color, additional options. This allowed customers to easily assemble their unique model and immediately see its value.

Online order processing. We have simplified the purchase process as much as possible. The user can immediately send the configured order to the shopping cart and submit a request, which significantly increased the conversion rate.

Promotion for high-frequency and low-frequency queries. To attract traffic, we have assembled and developed an extensive semantic core, including keywords. both broad topics (for example, "buy sports seats") and highly specialized ones ("individual seats for BMW M5"). This made it possible to reach the audience at different stages of decision-making.

Useful content and social signals. To build trust, we have launched an automotive news feed and a section with real customer reviews. This not only increased the time spent on the site, but also became a powerful tool for SMM and targeted advertising on social networks.

Thanks to an integrated approach that included not only technical development, but also a well-designed promotion strategy, we achieved significant results within a few months of launch.:
